The mother of missing teenager Celeste Smith says the family will give her all their love and support after learning she is pregnant.
Julie Smith, from Saltash, said she just wants to know that her 19-year-old daughter, who vanished on January 31, is safe.
Julie only found out Celeste is expecting a baby two days after her disappearance.
Celeste’s mother believes the circumstances may be linked and said her daughter may be “running scared”.
It has also been revealed that the teenager was due to meet the father of her child the day after her disappearance and attend a meeting about the pregnancy – but she failed to show for both.

Julie said: “We will support Celeste whatever decisions she decides to make.
“If she is worried about what the family’s reaction is, well, we will support her 100 per cent.
“We just want her to come home.”
Celeste, who works as a receptionist and lifeguard at China Fleet Country Club, has not been seen or heard from since 6pm on Tuesday, January 31.
The teenager left a group of friends at student flats in Gasking Street at 6pm saying she was returning to her family home in Saltash.
But she never arrived and the avid Facebook user has also been silent on social media from that moment forward.
